Before jumping into the deployment process you have to prepare something such as:
- Redis
- MongoDB
- Frontend URL
- Credit card (required for Fly.io account activation)
1/ Create Fly.io Account
Go to Fly.io and create an account. You'll need to:
- Sign up for an account
- Add a credit card (required even for free tier)
- Install the Flyctl CLI tool
2/ Prepare Environment Variables
Create a new .env.flyio file and fill your environment values here. Need help getting these values? Check Redis setup and MongoDB setup guides.
